At Condo Control, I drove key initiatives that enhanced both product and team outcomes. I led the end-to-end design of a proprietary asset management feature, creating an intuitive interface that streamlined asset tracking and requests for administrators and residents alike. As a co-lead in developing our design system, I introduced scalable and cohesive design patterns, enabling faster feature development and improved visual consistency across the platform. Recognizing the importance of alignment, I standardized storytelling frameworks for feature presentations, crafting compelling narratives that bridged understanding between stakeholders, encouraged cross-team collaboration, and drove feature adoption. I also prioritized continuous discovery research, consistently engaging with users to uncover actionable insights. This research informed decisions that ensured our designs not only met user needs but also solved real pain points effectively.
